Stop Dreaming Start Riding

The Burton Academy will operate out of a brand new mid-mountain facility at Northstar at Tahoe Resort. We are stoked to welcome rider's to this first-of-its-kind learning program, dedicated specifically to Burton participants with a full immersion approach to snowboarding and custom terrain-based methodology.

Guests are invited to participate in full day (limited class size) or private lessons. Academy courses include lesson, lounge access and equipment. Stocked with the latest gear and the best coaches in the biz, the Burton Academy aims to give guests the ultimate experience from the moment you walk in the door!

Academy Rates

Levels 1-5 All Day Lesson/Lift Package w/ Rental: $250
Includes a Burton snowboard rental, all day limited access lift ticket, and an all day lesson from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for ages 7 and older.
Students receive snowboard equipment at the Burton Snowboard Academy lounge at Mid Mountain.

Levels 6+ All Day Lesson/Lift Package w/ Rental: $250
Adults (13+): Includes a Burton snowboard rental and an all day lesson from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for ages 13 and older.
Students receive snowboard equipment at the Burton Snowboard Academy lounge at Mid Mountain.
Kid's (7 - 12): Includes a Burton snowboard rental, all day full access lift ticket, lunch, and an all day lesson from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for ages 7 – 12.
Students receive snowboard equipment at the Burton Snowboard Academy lounge at Mid Mountain.
